From Art Student To Art Journalist: A Writer's Journey

Looking to become an arts journalist? In her podcast An Obsessive Nature, Art & Object's youngest contributor reveals how she went from recent art grad to writing about art professionally in a special two part episode.

An Obsessive Nature is a weekly podcast that covers the struggles and successes of two young female writers as they work to get their writings published. In part one of this episode, AC and Brenna discuss how AC went from studying art history in college to writing about art professionally! They cover AC’s background with art, how she stumbled into writing articles, how she does her research, and how Brenna’s Journalism studies relate to what she does.

 

In part two of this episode, AC and Brenna tell the stories behind their recently published works. AC talks about her Art & Object article on the Oscar winning film Klaus and her article on the first woman to draw the Wonder Woman comic, among others. Brenna also shares stories behind her journalistic endeavors.
