A New Vision for Ancient Art at the Getty Villa

Explore ancient art in a new way at the Getty Villa starting April 18. Travel through 3,500 years of ancient history and see over 1,300 objects from ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria, from precious gems to monumental sculptures, all in a vibrant new chronological display. Learn about the cultures of the ancient Mediterranean and discover how art changed across place and time, all in the context of a recreated Roman villa with gardens, walkways, and ocean views.
