Celebrate Veterans Day Weekend With The NC Veteran Art Show

Durham, North Carolina - The Joel Fund and Heart2Hand Veteran artist Lt. Colonel (retired), Bernardine Donato, are excited to host the four-day art exhibit at the Tobacco Wood Brewing Company Durham location. 

This art show will contain original pieces created by North Carolina Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. This family-friendly event will showcase art from North Carolina veterans of all backgrounds, art levels, and branches of service.

The hours to view the artwork are as follows:
Thursday, Nov 10th, 11 am – 10 pm
Friday, Nov 11th, 11 am – 10 pm
Saturday Nov 12th 11 am – 10 pm
Sunday, Nov 13th, 11 am – 3 pm 

A Meet the Artist Reception on Veterans Day Friday, November 11 from 5 – 7 PM at Tobacco Wood Brewing Company. Join us to celebrate Veterans Day weekend to appreciate original military veteran’s artwork while enjoying food, beer, or soft drinks.

About The Joel Fund

The Joel Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to reconnecting veterans to life at home located in Wake Forest, NC. The Joel Fund’s Operation ART Program offers low cost art classes for veterans and their families. Operation ART program students will showcase their work created in art classes alongside submitted artworks.

About Bernardine Donato

Bernardine Donato retired after serving 24 years in the US Navy and the CA Air National Guard. She is a veteran artist who currently resides in Durham, NC.
