France to Send a Mini Statue of Liberty to USA for July 4th

A miniature version of the Statue of Liberty called Little Sister will stand on Ellis Island, facing her counterpart for the week of July 4, 2021. Sent to the United States by the Parisian-based National Museum of Arts and Crafts, the statue will depart for Washington DC on July 5, where it will remain for ten years.
