Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates to Conduct Annual Summer 19th & 20th Glass & Lighting Auction

Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates will conduct a two-day auction of 19th & 20th century glass and lighting on July 28 and 29 beginning at 9:30am each day. The sale will contain over 1,350 lots featuring a prominent Connecticut estate collection, the Gerard Linschoten collection of Ridgefield, WA, part five of the Ed Kleppinger collection of New Orleans, LA, deaccessioned material from a Pennsylvania museum, plus additional private collections from Oregon, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Friday’s session one will comprise early American pattern glass (EAPG) including nearly 500 lots of ruby- and amber-stained, a collection of rare Holly Amber and other Greentown, chocolate and Vaseline glass, etc.  

Session two will begin with a collection of miniature and full-size kerosene lighting of all types including rare hanging library lamps and a large selection of fine lamp shades and other kerosene era parts. Followed by more than 80 pieces of Mt. Washington Peach Blow and Burmese, collections of Hobbs Coral/Peach Blow, rainbow satin glass, and Amberina, Victorian opalescent glass, rare H. C. Fry glass, studio glass and paperweights, plus more.
