Lue Isaac is an award-winning artist whose work draws deeply from her surroundings and the human form. Specializing in charcoal and conte on paper and painting primarily in oils, she balances recognizable, skillfully rendered subjects with a tactile appreciation for the medium—her drawings celebrate the expressive marks on paper, and her paintings come alive with dynamic brushstrokes.
